A few glues name polycarbonate, most of them Loctite’s, and E6000 Plus lists Lexan. DAP and Loctite say their silicone sealants don’t bond well to it, or rule it out.

Super glue or hybrid polymer glue
6 products have both surfaces on their makers’ lists.
Loctite Super Glue Gel Control (super glue). Sets in 15 to 30 seconds, cures in 12 to 24 hours. Not for exterior use.
Loctite Extreme Glue (hybrid polymer glue). Clamp 30 minutes, full cure in about 24 hours. Water resistant, not for underwater use.
Loctite Epoxy Plastic (two-part epoxy). Gels in 4 to 10 minutes, full cure in 24 hours. Not for continuously wet areas.
E6000 Plus (flexible solvent glue). Full cure in 24 hours, full strength up to 72. Made for indoor and outdoor use.
2 more products list both.
Only the glues whose makers name polycarbonate show here. Loctite recommends the activator for polycarbonate with its Plastics Bonding System, and DAP says its 100% silicone doesn’t give its best adhesion on polycarbonate.

Outdoor use as each maker states it. “Not stated” means the maker’s page and data sheet don’t say.
For its Plastics Bonding System, Loctite recommends the activator on polycarbonate, which it counts among the difficult surfaces. Loctite’s polycarbonate guide says to find out what an item is made of before using a polycarbonate glue on it, because on the wrong material it can do damage or repair poorly. It names eyewear, safety gear and lighting fixtures as things made of polycarbonate.
Silicone on polycarbonate
DAP says polycarbonate doesn’t allow for best adhesion with its 100% Silicone or Silicone Max, and to try a test area. Loctite rules out polycarbonate for its clear silicone.
Panels and sheet
Palram, which makes polycarbonate sheet, publishes a list of adhesives and sealants, mostly trade products, and says each adhesive maker’s instructions must be strictly followed, safety steps included. IPS describes its industrial Weld-On 55, a two-part urethane, as made for polycarbonate, ABS and PETG without changing polycarbonate’s impact resistance.
The glues come from Loctite’s and Eclectic’s pages and data sheets, the silicone lines from DAP’s and Loctite’s sheets, and the panel notes from Palram’s leaflet and IPS’s Weld-On guide. Checked against published data from Henkel, DAP, Eclectic Products, IPS Adhesives and Palram.
