Most Liquid Nails adhesives list a 24 hour minimum cure, and Liquid Nails’ FAQ says they reach maximum strength within 7 days, though several data sheets say completely dry, or fully cured, in two weeks. What differs is the open time, 10 to 30 minutes, and how cold you can apply each one.

What slows it down
Cold: Liquid Nails says it generally takes twice as long at 50°F as at 70°F, and to keep adhesives as warm as possible until use.
Non-porous surfaces: plastic, metal and painted surfaces can stretch drying from 24 hours to several days or even weeks, Liquid Nails says, and it recommends at least one porous surface where possible.
Moisture: humidity and damp surfaces slow latex adhesives, Liquid Nails says, while moisture promotes curing in polyurethane and hybrid products. Fuze*It and Flex 5X sheets suggest wiping dry surfaces with a damp cloth for a faster set.
Big beads: large deposits dry more slowly than small ones, Liquid Nails says.
Cold weather
Liquid Nails’ freezing guide names Subfloor & Deck and Extreme Heavy Duty for temperatures as low as 22°F, and Fuze*It All Surface as low as 0°F. The data sheets add LN-602 to 10°F and LN-601 to 20°F. The guide says frozen water keeps most adhesives from touching the surface, and that in cold and wet, a moisture-curing adhesive like Fuze*It works best.
Most Liquid Nails data sheets give a 24 hour minimum cure, and the brand FAQ says maximum strength within 7 days; the LN-902, LN-905, LN-907 and LN-700 sheets say completely dry in two weeks, and LN-602 full cure in two weeks. Fuze*It Max lists 12 to 24 hours and Perfect Glue 4 to 8.
How long should I brace Liquid Nails?
Liquid Nails' FAQ says to brace overnight where needed, and its LN-950 polyurethane sheet says 8 to 12 hours.
Can you use Liquid Nails in cold weather?
Some of them. Fuze*It goes on down to 0°F, LN-602 to 10°F, LN-601 to 20°F and LN-902, LN-905 and LN-907 to 22°F and Flex 5X to 35°F; most others start at 40°F, by their data sheets.
